Job summary

Anshar Studios Inc. is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to elevate player experience with intuitive interfaces, integrating closely with Unreal Engine.

You will drive design from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality designs for PC and consoles. Requirements include 3+ years in UI/UX, strong wireframing, Figma proficiency, and English/Polish language skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience (at least 1 year in game development)
• Understanding of gameplay loops, feedback loops, and accessibility
• Strong wireframing skills and ability to explain design decisions
• Good knowledge of Figma, including prototyping
• Very good skills in creating high‑fidelity UI mockups and assets
• User‑Centered Design with usability testing
• Collaborative and passionate teamwork with gaming trends
• Strong aesthetic sense and passion for games
• English: B2 level in speaking and writing
• Polish: B1/B2 level
• On-site work: willing to work from Katowice office three days a week

Responsibilities

• Design new features and game systems with the player's needs in mind
• Create user flows, information architecture and wireframes
• Prototype in Figma and test with the team
• Prepare high‑fidelity UI mockups and assets in Photoshop/Illustrator
• Prepare assets for Unreal Engine including texture atlases
• Improve UI layouts and animations in UMG
• Work with UX Research to test and improve designs
• Maintain and update the design system
