Job summary

Hitapps, a game development studio known for Puzzle and Casual mobile titles, is seeking a UA Manager to own end-to-end performance across rewarded users. You will drive campaigns across Mistplay, Adjoe, Tapjoy, and others, scale profitable funnels, and partner with affiliate networks to optimize payouts and attribution.

The role requires hands-on management of $100k+ monthly budgets, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in mobile game UA with $100k+ monthly budgets.
• Strong understanding of rewarded ecosystems and payout models.
• Experience with MMP attribution and post-install event funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of user acquisition campaigns across rewarded platforms, maximizing ROI and scale.
• Build and scale performance-driven UA funnels, overseeing offer testing, pricing models, creative strategy, segmentation and data-driven LTV forecasting.
• Drive and scale partner relationships, defining commercial frameworks, incentive structures, payout models, and data-driven testing roadmaps with platform and affiliate partners.
• Monitoring and analyzing the quality of acquired audiences based on KPIs.
• Collaborating closely with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives.
• Generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and interpreting results to enhance campaign performance.
