Joyteractive Limited, a leading mobile game developer and publisher, is seeking a User Acquisition Manager with proven success in games. You will oversee campaigns from setup to analysis, focusing on profitable paid traffic and key metrics like ARPU, LTV, and CPI.

Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta is essential, with strong testing of creatives. You should have 2+ years in mobile gaming UA, experience scaling campaigns, and fluency in Russian to collaborate across teams and markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mobile gaming UA
• Experience managing paid traffic profitably
• Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics
• Hands-on work with Google Ads, Meta; main priority
• Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing
• Russian fluent

Responsibilities

• Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns
