Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (or equivalent).
• Extensive practical experience in transport management.
• Knowledge of transportation negotiations and logistics in the CEE region.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or forwarding environments.
• Leadership experience and project management experience.
• Polish language; English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Willingness to travel (10%).

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage daily transport operations for the CEE region.
• Ensure SLA compliance with external partners.
• Manage costs and monthly reporting.
• Develop, monitor KPIs and optimize processes.
• Lead projects to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders per RACI matrix.
• Lead regular quality review meetings with external carriers.
• Define packaging and shipping standards; ensure compliance.
