Job summary

Ingram Micro Poland seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee regional transport operations across the CEE region. You will act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and drive continuous improvements in logistics processes.

The role requires a completed apprenticeship in Freight Forwarding and Logistics, 5+ years in logistics, leadership exposure, and English at B2 level. Travel up to 10% and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or forwarding environments.
• Established network within the freight forwarding industry in the CEE region.
• Initial leadership experience and project management experience.
• Language skills: Polish; English proficiency at least B2.
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Willingness to travel (10%).

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage daily transport operations for the CEE region.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs with external partners.
• Responsible for costs and budget management, including monthly reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor KPIs.
• Analyze workflows and design future-oriented processes.
• Provide support and consulting on transportation topics.
• Lead quality review meetings with external carriers.
• Define internal packaging and shipping standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
