Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics/Transport Manager to oversee daily transport operations for the CEE region. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance.

The role requires an apprenticeship in Freight Forwarding and Logistics, 5+ years in logistics, leadership experience, and fluent English (B2). Travel up to 10% is expected; strong MS Office skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist.
• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics or forwarding environments.
• Knowledge of transportation negotiations.
• Initial leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage daily transport operations for the CEE region.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs with external partners.
• Responsible for costs and budget management, including monthly reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor KPIs.
• Lead projects to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 10% and collaborate with internal stakeholders per RACI.
