Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Katowice seeks a seasoned Internal Transformation Services Project Manager – Assistant Director to guide strategic initiatives. You will partner with executives, manage senior stakeholders, and drive transformation programs spanning project management, change management, and design thinking.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery while shaping organizational growth and AI-enabled solutions across EY’s global

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in management or business consulting.
• Advanced MS Office skills to develop engaging presentations and dashboards.
• PMP or Change Management or Design Thinking certifications are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Extensive knowledge of change management principles and leading initiatives.
• Proficiency in design thinking frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with AI in business contexts (GenAI, copilots, no-code AI).
• Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges and ethical AI considerations.
• Awareness and experience leveraging technology as enablers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to define objectives and opportunities.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO and Partner levels.
• Perform landscape assessments and provide actionable insights.
• Bring data-driven insights to drive transformations and decisions.
• Lead complex projects from initiation to closure with timely delivery.
• Develop roadmaps for project management, change management, and design thinking.
• Drive change management strategies and measure adoption impact.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
