Job summary

EY GDS Poland offers a role in Technology Strategy & Transformation. You will advise clients on technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence, supporting design and delivery of strategic tech solutions and transforming IT organizations.

Location includes Warszawa / Wrocław / Katowice with 2 days in office and 3 days remote. Strong emphasis on client deliverables, collaboration, and continuous learning within EY's global network.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Awareness of latest tech trends, including AI adoption.
• Master's degree with strong academic performance.

As part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation Team, you will advise clients on technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence. You will support the design and delivery of strategic technology solutions and help transform IT organizations, operating models, and capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technology strategy and transformation engagements (IT strategy, architecture, process design, program management)
• Advise on IT operating models and technologies (ServiceNow, Microsoft)
• Use data and technology to develop innovative client solutions
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and manage engagement risks
• Build strong client and internal relationships
• Contribute to team development, recruiting, and knowledge sharing

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Customer-centric, collaborative mindset with passion for technology
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Awareness of latest tech trends, including AI adoption
• Master's degree with strong academic performance
• 3-8 years' experience in Big4, strategy consulting, or similar roles

Ideally, you'll also have

• ITIL and/or project management certifications (SCRUM, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Knowledge of technology strategy, enterprise and solution architecture
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and basic programming/scripting
• German or French language - level B2
