Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland seeks a Senior People Consultant who blends project management with human-centered change expertise. You’ll partner with international clients to deliver complex transformations spanning HR, operating models, and process change.

This hybrid role in Katowice requires leading end-to-end workstreams, shaping adoption strategies, and engaging stakeholders to realize benefits at scale. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

3–6 years in project management and organizational change.
Experience leading end-to-end change management projects.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Shape change strategies with impact & readiness assessments.
Run stakeholder engagements and workshops to capture voice.
Design communications and training, enablement plans and journeys.
Develop and deliver communication strategies for adoption.
Lead impact assessments and define mitigations for As-Is/To-Be.
Conduct readiness and adoption assessments to track progress.
Lead and deliver end-to-end project workstreams (scope, RAID, budget).
Prepare compelling proposals and build client relationships.
