QVC Group, Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to join our hybrid office and report to the TR Director. You will lead compensation and benefits processes for GBS Poland and drive global TR initiatives.

The ideal candidate has proven Total Rewards experience, strong stakeholder management at executive level, and hands-on skills with Workday, PayFactors, Excel, PowerPoint, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven Total Rewards experience, preferably in retail or media industries.
• Experience in a complex matrix environment with executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Willis Towers Watson, Mercer) is beneficial.
• Experience leading compensation processes (annual review, salary surveys, gender pay gap).
• Experience leading benefits processes and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, and implement Total Rewards programs for GBS Poland.
• Provide TR support for global functions (HR, Legal, Finance).
• Conduct job evaluations, pricing, and insights on organizational changes.
• Lead global TR projects and implement in Polish market.
• Develop business cases for senior management and create TR materials.
• Maintain a TR dashboard and reporting on uptake of programs.
