Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software testing and test analysis.
- Analytical thinking, active listening, and adaptability in international environments.
- Hands-on experience with testing ecosystems.
- Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of web and delivery technologies including frontend, backend and CI/CD.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design tests.
- Design and execute test cases to validate software quality.
- Lead and support tester teams to ensure delivery quality.
