Job summary
Euroclear is seeking an experienced Test Lead to steer integration, system and end-to-end testing across business, functional and technical domains. You will join a vibrant squad spread across Belgium, France, Poland and India, driving quality in mission-critical services.
Leadersh ip and deep testing expertise are essential to guide offshore teams, manage risks, and deliver robust validation within Agile practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in functional and non-functional IT testing.
- Experience with testing automation tools (Selenium) is a plus.
- Familiarity with test management and reporting tools (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI).
- Leadership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing across domains and promote shift-left practices.
- Define risk-based test strategies aligning with Agile practices.
- Coordinate testing across components, projects and offshore teams.
- Develop and maintain test plans, environments and resources.
- Manage defects, report progress and escalate risks to stakeholders.
- Support production readiness and post go-live validation.
- Mentor junior testers and drive quality improvements.
- Collaborate with roadmap leadership on new initiatives.
