Job summary

Capgemini Poland in Wroclaw is looking for a QA Associate who will learn software testing fundamentals, translate requirements into test cases, and perform both manual and automated tests. You will collaborate with international teams to help ensure reliable, high‑quality software.

Qualifications

• English and German at an upper-intermediate level.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python.
• Comfortable working full-time.
• Solid understanding of how computer programs work and flow.

Responsibilities

• Learn the basics of software testing and start applying them in real projects.
• Analyze requirements and turn them into clear, useful test cases.
• Run manual tests to check how the software behaves and spot any issues.
• Help write and maintain automated test scripts.
• Work closely with team members from different countries and backgrounds.
