Job summary

BELVEDERE in Krakow is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our STP Systems & Financial Services team. You will work across multiple Agile squads on high-impact testing initiatives, validating functional and non-functional requirements with both manual and automated techniques.

With 8-10 years of testing in financial services, you will leverage ReadyAPI, Azure DevOps and Jenkins to drive test automation and quality.

Qualifications

8-10 years of software testing experience in financial services

Responsibilities

Participate in feature refinement sessions to ensure testability of requirements
Define test strategies and prepare detailed test plans for features and epics
Design and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression and non-functional testing
Conduct performance, scalability and reliability testing using the STP Test Framework
Utilise ReadyAPI, Azure DevOps and Jenkins for test automation and execution
Manage and triage defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting
Collaborate with developers, product owners and delivery owners to ensure delivery readiness
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the STP Testing Community of Practice
