Bisly is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager for Poland to drive technical sales of building automation solutions in commercial and PRS segments. You will collaborate with investors, developers, and asset managers, and grow Bisly's network of Polish integrators delivering our projects.
You report to the CEO, guide clients through a BACS architecture, and can shift from technical discussions to commercial negotiations within a day.
Bisly is a building automation (BACS) provider with its own BMS: one platform for HVAC, lighting, shading, access and metering, designed to EN ISO 52120-1, class B by default and class A where you need it. Market leader in the Baltics, with projects delivered in central Europe and the US. 400+ projects delivered. 30,000+ people in Bisly buildings.
Our core claim is simple: configured, not programmed. Every controller is set up in a digital twin before anyone reaches site. That takes the engineering hours out of a project and gives our customers 30-40% lower total cost of acquisition than conventional building automation, with ROI in under 3 years. Projects are delivered, configured and serviced by certified local partners using Bisly's deployment tools.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales Manager, Building Automation (BMS/BACS) for the Polish market.
You will drive technical sales for Bisly's building automation solutions in Poland in two segments: mid-market commercial buildings (offices, mixed use, stock offices) and build to rent (PRS, najem instytucjonalny). You sell to investors, developers and asset managers, get Bisly specified with designers, and grow the network of Polish integrators who deliver our projects. You report directly to the CEO and can walk a client's technical team through a BACS architecture in the morning and close a commercial negotiation in the afternoon.
Regulation is on your side: non-residential buildings with heating or cooling above 290 kW have needed building automation since 31 December 2024, and by 31 December 2029 the threshold drops to 70 kW (EPBD). Most of that newly covered market is too small for conventional BMS pricing. That is the gap you will sell into.
Nice to have:
