Xebia Group, a global AI-first digital transformation partner, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Life Sciences R&D product team in Poland. You will lead strategic technical programs spanning researchers, biologists, data scientists, and engineers, translating complex needs into scalable cloud-based solutions and driving delivery from discovery through launch.

Formación
- 8+ years of technical program or product delivery experience, preferably with cloud data platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs with scientists, data scientists, engineers, and PMs.
- Strong background in life sciences or biopharma is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with GCP services and data governance fundamentals.
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific needs into technical requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Own and prioritize multiple technical workstreams and backlogs.
- Lead programs through governance, architecture review, and launch.
- Translate scientific and business needs into user stories and requirements.
- Coordinate dependencies across data, platform, UI/UX, and AI/ML teams.
- Drive discovery, user research, and roadmap shaping with stakeholders.
- Define data models, metadata standards, and data governance practices.
