Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environment in a global company.
• Proven track record managing Fixed Price and Time & Material projects, including large multi-vendor initiatives.
• Experience leading multinational teams and coordinating with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships with a deep understanding of goals and expectations.
• Plan and execute deliveries on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects across multi-team setups.
• Adapt role as Agile/Waterfall Project Manager or Scrum Master per project needs.
• Track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Control project scope and budget; handle change requests per contracts.
• Lead and mentor blended provider-client teams; ensure clear communication with clients.
