Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a senior, self-motivated Lead Consultant to join the Professional Services team in Poland. You will lead a team, manage complex platform configurations, and guide customers through migrations to cloud SaaS while partnering with IT leadership to align business needs with platform capabilities.

You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate with Product Management and R&D, and drive adoption of best practices in regulated life sciences deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT ops tech solutions (ECM preferred).
• Proven technical leadership and experience guiding project teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries.
• Change management expertise driving client adoption when migrating to cloud SaaS.
• Mentorship experience coaching junior consultants or technical staff.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex platform configurations, workflows, object lifecycles, and system enhancements across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms.
• Guide migrations from on-premise to cloud SaaS platforms with structured change management.
• Partner with client IT leadership on post-implementation programs and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Veeva Product Management and R&D teams to provide product feedback.
• Provide mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants.
