Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own the technical lifecycle of a Medium Voltage Drives product family. You will collaborate across Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to drive improvements and cost optimization.

You will manage engineering changes, testing programs, and product performance while ensuring lifecycle readiness and sustainability across global teams. English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in product engineering, PLM, or engineering change management.
• Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage Drives, power electronics, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical lifecycle roadmap for a Medium Voltage Drives product family.
• Drive product improvements, engineering changes, and quality actions.
• Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain teams worldwide.
• Lead lifecycle management and data/configuration activities across the organization.
