Job summary

Flix is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for senior engineering and product roles across Europe. You will partner with engineering leaders to design effective sourcing and assessment approaches, ensure a smooth process, and scale with quality and speed.

You will build robust talent pipelines, drive data-driven decisions, and maintain a compelling candidate experience while representing Flix as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups.
• Experience hiring on the Polish tech talent market is a must; German market experience is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to shape hiring strategies and sourcing approaches.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and drive end-to-end fixes.
• Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Analyze data to provide recruitment insights and data-informed decisions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand.
