Job summary

Flix is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) to own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Design—covering ML/AI, Platform, and Data roles in Europe. You’ll partner with engineering leaders, shape sourcing and assessment approaches, and drive improvements across the hiring funnel while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll build deep talent pipelines, analyze data to inform decisions, and push for scalable processes with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting in fast-growing companies.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, and ML/AI domains.
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills with senior leaders.
• Data-driven with ability to generate reports and track metrics.
• Experience hiring in the Polish tech market; German market experience is a plus.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex technical roles.
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to shape hiring strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve the hiring funnel end-to-end.
• Build talent pipelines via proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Deliver data-driven recruitment insights to guide decisions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and promote the Flix employer brand.
• Drive cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects.
