Job summary

Flix is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) to own full-cycle hiring for engineering and product roles across Europe. You will partner with engineering leaders, design scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement in the recruitment journey.

You will build talent pipelines, analyze data to inform decisions, and ensure a strong candidate experience while representing Flix as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience in fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups.
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and ML/AI roles.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders on hiring strategies.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and drive fixes end-to-end.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
