Job summary

Flix is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) to own full-cycle hiring for engineering and product roles across Europe. You will partner with engineering leaders, design scalable sourcing and assessment processes, and push for continuous improvement in the hiring funnel.

Bring 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, data-driven mindset, and a passion for AI-powered tools. Fluency in English is required, Polish market hiring is essential, and German market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing companies.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach with ability to generate and present recruitment metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools and modern recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior engineering and product roles across Europe.
• Partner with engineering managers to shape sourcing and assessment strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in the hiring funnel.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and market intel.
• Provide data-driven insights to hiring decisions and process improvements.
• Represent the Flix employer brand and ensure a great candidate experience.
