Job summary

Flix in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for engineering and product roles across Europe. You will collaborate with engineering leaders, design scalable sourcing and assessment approaches, and drive hiring standards that scale with quality and speed.

You will build deep talent pipelines, analyze data to inform decisions, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while strengthening Flix as an employer brand in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups.
• Understanding the needs of growing business, especially a scale-up disrupting an industry.
• Exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills with senior leaders.
• Experience in data-driven recruitment with reports and metrics.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Experience hiring on the Polish tech talent market is a must; German market experience is a plus.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions including ML/AI, Platform, and Data.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and assessment approaches.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and drive fixes end-to-end.
• Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Analyze data to generate recruitment insights and inform hiring decisions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience while strengthening the Flix employer brand.
• Drive cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects to improve processes and scalability.
