Job summary

Flix is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) to own full-cycle hiring for engineering and product roles across Europe. You will partner with engineering leaders, design scalable hiring processes, and build strong talent pipelines to support rapid growth.

You will drive data-informed decisions, improve candidate experience, and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives while maintaining a collaborative, ownership-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups.
• Exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills with senior leaders.
• Experience generating insightful reports and recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech.
• Partner with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and assessment approaches.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and drive fixes.
• Build deep talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Analyze data to generate recruitment insights for data-informed decisions.

As a Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) at Flix, you can make an impact by owning full-cycle hiring for our most critical engineering and product roles, shaping the way we attract technical talent across Europe.

In this role, you'll own end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex technical roles, act as a trusted partner to engineering leaders, and help design the hiring processes and standards that allow us to scale with quality and speed.

About the Role

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions including ML/AI, Platform, and Data - covering multiple seniority levels and disciplines
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders - shaping hiring strategies, defining sourcing and assessment approaches, and pushing back where needed
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks before they become blockers - proactively diagnosing root causes and driving fixes end-to-end across the hiring funnel
• Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis, with a strong focus on passive candidates
• Analyze data to generate recruitment insights that drive data-informed hiring decisions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience while actively strengthening and representing the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects, focused on improving processes, scalability, and ways of working

About You

• 5+ years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups in a competitive market
• An understanding of the challenges and needs of growing business, especially those of a scale-up disrupting an industry
• Exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions with confidence
• Experienced in data-driven recruitment - comfortable generating insightful reports, tracking your own performance metrics, and convincing stakeholders with data
• Strong appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, combined with a creative and inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools
• Experience hiring on the Polish tech talent market is a must; German market experience is a strong plus
• Fluent English
