Specific-Group Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and a distributed engineering team. You will analyze requirements, design REST and SOAP integrations, and create FRD/NFR documentation.

You’ll work with PostgreSQL data validations, BPMN models, and API contracts across multiple external systems, in a fully remote, 40-hour-week setup. English at B2+ is expected; Polish language not required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst with technical background.
• Hands-on in REST/SOAP integrations; proficient with JSON/XML/CSV data contracts.
• Strong SQL querying against PostgreSQL to validate requirements.

Aufgaben

• Elicit and analyze requirements, turning them into technical specs and FRD/NFR documentation
• Design and document API integrations (REST/SOAP) across five external systems
• Test and probe endpoints in Postman and Swagger
• Model process flows in BPMN (draw.io)
• Manage PostgreSQL data mappings and validation
• Prepare load-test data and run root-cause analysis
• Keep the documentation the team and the bank rely on
