Job summary

Dotlinkers IT recruitment is seeking a System/Business Analyst for a 100% remote role in Poland. The candidate will bridge business needs with technology, analysing requirements, data flows, and integrations while collaborating with developers, testers and stakeholders.

You will translate requirements into technical specifications, document systems, and support implementations in complex environments, including regulated projects. English and Polish communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Good understanding of software development and IT systems.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to analyse integrations, data flows and existing applications.
• Experience in complex or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Polish communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyse existing applications, processes, data and integrations.
• Work closely with developers, testers and business stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation, diagrams and system specifications.
• Work with SQL and analyze data when required.
• Support development teams throughout the implementation process.
• Identify dependencies, risks and potential issues.
