Job summary

ITConnect is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to work with a banking sector client in Poland on IT and business analysis activities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategies and translate them into technical requirements for the IT team.

You will ensure traceability, document use cases, and support testers and developers. Strong English, experience with Jira/Confluence, API data mapping, and SQL are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience or knowledge of API development, data mapping and process modelling.
• Knowledge of banking sector and payments.
• Proficiency with SQL, UI prototyping and design.
• Knowledge of architecture diagrams like sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies.
• Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements with architects, developers, testers, business, legal.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
• Securing requirements traceability during end-to-end development.
• Being responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement.
• Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub.
• Verify developed solutions by conducting test results.
• Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
