Job summary

Jit in Poland is seeking a skilled IT/Business Analyst to help translate business needs into clear requirements for reporting solutions. You will focus on data flow, integration, and ensuring sustainable, reliable designs in collaboration with Product Owners, IT Analysts, developers and testers.

You’ll work with multiple stakeholders across international teams, maintain strong communication, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of data processes.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.
• Good understanding of data flow integration.
• Ability to analyze data to understand content and behaviour.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Good requirements elicitation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex requirements and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working, SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, IT Analysts, developers and testers
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with the target picture
• Act as a bridge between business and IT development teams
• Facilitate the understanding of requirements and their impact, translating needs from business to technology and vice versa
• Support the development of sustainable and reliable solutions
• Gather, analyze and structure business and technical requirements
