Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking a Principal BMS Engineer to define and deliver advanced Battery Management System algorithms. You will work with world-class engineers to drive system architecture decisions and ensure compliance with automotive standards.

The role emphasizes leading technical initiatives, collaborating across firmware, BMS, and system levels, and exploring AI-supported engineering approaches to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading technical initiatives or engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in Battery Management Systems, battery technologies, power electronics, or automotive systems.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production-ready BMS algorithms for multiple battery chemistries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and development of advanced Battery Management System algorithms.
• Define system requirements and drive key architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
• Make critical technical trade-offs across firmware, applications, BMS, and system-level solutions.
• Build and prioritize technical roadmaps that support product and project objectives.
