Job summary
Sii Poland is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our banking-focused projects, shaping front-end and back-end processes. You will model requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure quality across IT teams.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in system analysis within banking IT, proficient UML/BPMN modeling, and experience with Enterprise Architect, REST, Kafka, and WSO2. Polish fluency and Poland residency are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system analysis or business-system analysis.
- Experience in banking IT projects and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to create/read UML, BPMN models.
- Familiarity with relational databases.
- Technical higher education in computer science or related field.
- Polish language fluency and Poland location required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business and system analyses for banking applications.
- Collaborate with business units to define requirements.
- Gather/analyze requirements and prepare user stories.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver functionality.
- Model functionality using UML/BPMN per standard.
- Maintain functional documentation for deployments.
- Work with backlogs and support testing environments.
