Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a skilled System Analyst to drive business and system analyses for banking applications. You will collaborate with multiple business units to define requirements, gather and validate user stories, and coordinate with IT teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.

Proficiency in UML/BPMN modeling and EA tooling is essential for success. You will model solutions, maintain documentation, work with the backlog, and support testing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and system analyses for banking applications.
• Collaborate with business units to define business requirements.
• Gather and analyze requirements and prepare/validate user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and testers in application development and QA.
• Coordinate tasks between IT teams and deliver functionality.
• Model functionality using UML or BPMN.
• Maintain functional documentation of deployments.
• Work with the team backlog.
• Support applications in the test environment.
