Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned System Analyst to shape business and system analyses for banking applications. You will collaborate with business units to translate requirements into actionable user stories and drive alignment across developers and testers within a growing modular banking platform.

You will model functionality using UML/BPMN, maintain documentation, and coordinate IT teams to ensure delivery of features. Polish language fluency and a solid banking IT background are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis.
• Ability to create and read UML and BPMN models.
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of system communication (REST, KAFKA, WSO2).
• Experience in IT system development projects in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Higher technical education – computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and system analysis for banking applications.
• Collaborate with business units to define business requirements.
• Gather and analyze requirements and prepare user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers and testers in app development and QA.
• Coordinate tasks between IT teams and deliver functionality.
• Model functionality (UML or BPMN) per adopted standards.
• Maintain functional documentation of deployments.
• Work with the team backlog and support tests in the environment.
