Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled system analyst to work on banking projects in Poland, including investments, payments, mortgages, and everyday banking. You will help shape front-end and back-end credit processes within a new modular architecture.

Join a team that collaborates with business units, developers, and testers, models processes with UML/BPMN, and maintains thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis
Ability to create and read UML and BPMN models
Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
Knowledge of system communication (REST, KAFKA, WSO2)
Experience in IT system development projects in the banking sector
Knowledge of relational databases
Higher technical education – computer science or related field
Required presence in Poland and fluent knowledge of Polish language

Responsibilities

Prepare business and system analyses for banking applications
Define business requirements with business units
Gather, analyze requirements and prepare user stories
Coordinate with stakeholders, developers and testers in application development and QA
Coordinate tasks between IT teams regarding implemented functionality and deliver results
Model functionality using UML or BPMN
Maintain functional documentation of deployments
Work with the team backlog
Support applications in the test environment
