Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned System Analyst to shape core banking processes and drive front-end and back-end modernization. You will prepare analyses, gather requirements, and model functionality using UML/BPMN while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.

With at least five years in system analysis and strong Polish language skills, you will help maintain documentation, manage the backlog, and support testing activities within a dynamic banking-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis.
• Ability to create and read UML and BPMN models.
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of system communication (REST, KAFKA, WSO2).
• Experience in IT system development projects in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Higher technical education – computer science or related field.
• Required presence in Poland and fluent knowledge of Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and system analyses for banking applications.
• Collaborate with business units to define business requirements.
• Gather and analyze requirements and prepare user stories.
• Cooperate with stakeholders, developers, and testers in development and QA.
• Coordinate IT tasks between teams to deliver functionality.
• Model functionality (UML or BPMN) according to adopted standards.
• Maintain functional documentation of deployments.
• Work with the team backlog and prioritize items.
• Support applications in the test environment.
