Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced System Analyst to lead business and system analysis for banking applications, focusing on front-end and back-end credit processes. You will model functionality with UML/BPMN, maintain documentation, and coordinate IT teams to deliver features.

Collaboration with business units, developers, and testers is essential. The role requires 5+ years in system analysis, expertise in banking IT projects, and strong knowledge of UML/BPMN.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis.
• Ability to create and read UML and BPMN models.
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of system communication (REST, KAFKA, WSO2).
• Experience in IT system development projects in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Higher technical education – computer science or related field.
• Required presence in Poland and fluent knowledge of Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of business and system analysis for banking applications.
• Collaboration with business units to define business requirements.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements as well as preparing and validating user stories.
• Cooperation with stakeholders, developers, and testers in application development and quality assurance.
• Coordination of tasks between IT teams regarding implemented functionality, responsible for delivering functionality.
• Modeling functionality (UML or BPMN) according to the adopted standard.
• Maintaining functional documentation of implemented deployments.
• Working with the team backlog.
• Supporting applications in the test environment.
