Accenture Poland is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation, optimization, and operational excellence across planning, fulfillment, and manufacturing operations. The role requires strategic grasp and hands-on execution.

The candidate will lead large cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business benefits through advanced planning and optimization solutions, in a hybrid Warsaw-based setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience across: Supply Chain Planning (Master Planning, Scheduling), Fulfillment, Manufacturing Operations.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Network Design and Optimization.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading complex supply chain transformation or improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, scheduling, inventory optimization, and supply planning improvement.
• Design and implement advanced planning processes and planning operating models.
• Optimize performance through improved planning policies and decision-support methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy, inventory management, service levels, and production efficiency.
• Lead supply chain network design and optimization studies.
• Evaluate footprints to identify cost and service improvements.
• Develop supply chain strategies supporting growth, resilience, and excellence.
• Assess trade-offs between cost, service, inventory, and constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end execution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational capability development.
