EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Manager in Business Consulting to lead delivery excellence and drive demand across key markets. You will shape the practice, build capabilities, and mentor a high-performing team of consultants.

Your role blends client delivery leadership with commercial growth responsibilities in a four-dimensional framework. You will manage complex programmes, engage internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to winning new work.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years consulting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex consulting programmes and contributing commercially to winning them.
• Deep expertise in Business Transformation, SAP S/4HANA, or AI-enabled change.
• Familiarity with UK & Ireland, Germany/DACH, France, or Nordics as a market.
• Experience working in or with a GDS/offshore delivery model.
• Strong internal influencing skills—work through Member Firm partners.
• Track record of building and developing teams, not just managing workstreams.
• English mandatory; German, French, or another European language is a strong advantage.
• Poland-based with regular travels.

Responsibilities

• Demand & Business Development: Build trusted relationships with EY Member Firm partners and senior managers in your target market.
• Co-develop go-to-market propositions with Member Firm teams and participate in account planning, proposals, and client conversations.
• Identify pipeline opportunities within existing EY accounts and bring them forward jointly with Member Firm partners.
• Maintain active visibility in the EY internal community relevant to your geography and domain.
• Understand your market well enough to advise Member Firm partners on positioning GDS Poland credibly.
• Own and continuously evolve GDS Poland's proposition in your domain—methodology, tools, assets, differentiation.
• Translate market trends and client needs into practical, deliverable GDS offerings.
• Build reusable delivery assets that accelerate programmes and demonstrate GDS capability to Member Firm partners.
