Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex supply chain transformations across Manufacturing, Planning and End-to-End operations in Katowice. The role blends business development with delivery leadership and requires significant multi-country program experience.

You will guide client engagements, shape strategy, and build high-performing teams while delivering measurable business outcomes for global clients and EY member firms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning or Operations Transformation.
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations, Supply & Demand Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, S&OP / IBP.
• Experience with supply chain and planning technologies such as SAP IBP, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, SAP APO or SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs from strategy through implementation and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across Europe through client development, pursuits and strategic engagements.
• Lead proposals, RFPs and build trusted relationships with senior Supply Chain & Operations stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain transformation programs from strategy to implementation.
• Advise clients on planning, manufacturing and operating model optimization while ensuring successful delivery.
