Job summary

Ajax Systems is a leading international security technology company, the largest security systems manufacturer in Europe. We design and produce 280 devices for intrusion, video, fire and life safety, and automation, serving homes and businesses worldwide.

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to lead Quality Governance, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement across IQC and SQ. Travel up to 20-30% is expected, with opportunities to shape global QA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Supplier Quality Management in high-tech electronics or automotive.
• Expert ability to interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the department’s quality standards.
• Define robust QAA, warranty terms, and penalties in negotiations.
• Lead supplier qualification and audits (AVL) with on-site and remote reviews.
• Drive supplier excellence via scorecards and SCAR processes.
• Collaborate to optimize packaging, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop IQC and SQ strategies and mentor the team.
• Oversee engineering to prevent defects before mass production.
