Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee supplier qualification and management across Europe, including audits and corrective actions to uphold quality standards.

You will collaborate with Sourcing and cross-functional teams, perform supplier, product, and process audits, support first-piece approvals, and ensure control plans are followed. Travel up to 60% across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in supplier quality or related engineering roles.
• Experience with supplier qualification, audits, CAPA and quality documentation.
• Reads and interprets technical drawings and inspections.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe and globally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sourcing and cross-functional teams to drive supplier qualifications.
• Plan and perform supplier, product, and process audits and first-piece approvals.
• Support supplier quality management with inspections, validations, and control plans.
• Assist suppliers in understanding Victaulic specifications and requirements.
• Lead supplier corrective actions and coordinate status with stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance using quality metrics and trend analysis.
• Drive supplier development with engineering teams; identify improvements.
• Undertake special projects as assigned by the Supplier Quality Manager.
• Communicate quality objectives clearly with internal customers.
