Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading security systems manufacturer, is seeking a procurement specialist to negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts for electronics components.

You will oversee global supplier relationships, analyze markets, and collaborate with internal teams to support manufacturing and cost-efficiency. This role requires international procurement experience and bilingual English/Polish communication, with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of procurement experience in electronics, EMS, or automotive.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with cost-efficiency focus.
• Technical background in electronics or understanding of components.
• Experience in international procurement.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Experience with 1C ERP, Jira and Confluence.
• English and Polish at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Manage supplier contracts for compliance, performance, and value.
• Oversee procurement for tools, equipment, and consumables for production.
• Handle delivery schedules, quality, pricing, and related documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate contract signing activities.
• Continuously analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks.
• Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure procurement supports broader business goals.
• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers of components, materials, tools, and services.
• Take part in sourcing suitable equivalents based on technical requirements and supply chain conditions.

Reponsibilities:

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best commercial and quality outcomes
• Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value
• Oversee procurement processes for tools, equipment, and consumables from China, Europe, and the USA for production
• Manage troubleshooting activities in terms of delivery schedules, quality, completeness, pricing, and related documentation
• Prepare and coordinate contracts signing activities
• Continuously analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks
• Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure procurement supports broader business goals
• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers of components, materials, tools, and services in line with business needs
• Take part into suitable equivalents sourcing for electronic components based on technical requirements and the current supply chain situation

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of procurement experience in electronics, EMS, or automotive sectors
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to cost-efficiency and risk mitigation
• Technical background in electronics or good understanding of electronic components and their equivalents
• Experience in international Procurement
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously
• Result-driven with the ability to follow through on tasks and deliver tangible outcomes
• Experience with 1C ERP system
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• English level: B2+
• Polish level: B2+
