Job summary

Ajax Systems is a global security technology company seeking a senior professional to own and govern end-to-end manufacturing processes. You will shape the system architecture, standardize procedures, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

In this role, you’ll lead audits, updates to documentation, and the rollout of changes to ensure top-quality manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in Operational Excellence or related fields, deep knowledge of Daily

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of modern manufacturing system tools and routines (Daily Management, Gemba, Asaichi, LPA, Leader Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis / Problem Solving).
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end change management frameworks across multiple plants (from pilot execution to global rollout).
• Strong capability in designing process architectures, drafting governance documentation (SOPs, Processes & Procedures), and establishing audit systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership; ability to influence Plant Managers, guide trainings, and drive cultural alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a holistic Manufacturing System architecture.
• Develop, approve, release, and regularly review manufacturing standards and procedures.
• Manage version control, communication, and formal release of all processes and operational procedures.
• Conduct audits to track standard adherence and evaluate overall effectiveness.
