Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead/Senior Engineer for New Technology & Product Development in Subsea Production Systems, Warsaw. You will drive design engineering from concept through qualification with a focus on Subsea Christmas Tree systems and new technology development.

You will collaborate across global teams, own technical deliverables, and mentor others while expanding the portfolio of patentable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum preferred).
• Hands-on design engineering experience for subsea products.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and DFM principles.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, especially CREO, and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop Subsea XT technologies that meet customer needs with new and proven solutions.
• Create designs, drawings, BOMs, calculations and lead qualification and system integration testing.
• Provide technical guidance and peer reviews, mentoring other engineers in a global team.
