Baker Hughes Company seeks a Lead/Senior Engineer for New Technology & Product Development in Subsea Production Systems. You will drive concept to qualification, detailing designs, performing analyses, and leading testing to deliver competitive subsea Christmas Tree solutions.

Based in Warsaw with hybrid work, you will collaborate across global teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to future IP while solving complex engineering challenges in subsea technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GD&T and DFMA principles.
• Experience with CREO and TeamCenter/PLM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop Subsea XT technologies to meet customer needs.
• Create designs, drawings, BOMs and lead qualification and testing.
• Ensure projects meet timeline and budget.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with global teams.
• Explore new opportunities and patentable ideas.
