Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Engineer in New Technology & Product Development for Subsea MDC to lead design from concept through testing and qualification. You will work across global teams to define requirements, develop new products, and deliver robust solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional experts, manage suppliers, and contribute to IP opportunities while aligning with market trends and program timelines.

Formación

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD modeling and detailed drawings (CREO preferred).
• Deep understanding of GD&T and DFMA principles.
• Familiarity with PLM engineering packages for document management.

Responsabilidades

• Developing Subsea MDC technologies to meet customer needs and introduce new solutions.
• Define product requirements, design new products, and develop new solutions for existing products.
• Explore new opportunities and ideas, create patents, and perform Freedom to Operate analyses.
• Manage engineering suppliers on technical aspects during design, manufacturing and testing.
• Incorporate VOC, lessons learned, and maintenance needs into NPI program development.
• Establish technical requirements based on customer specs and international codes.
