Job summary
Baker Hughes in Poland is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to lead tendering and project execution for subsea production control systems. You will work with engineering, commercial and customers to develop robust technical and commercial offerings.
You will oversee requirements capture, design verification, and system integration, while mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes standards and industry regulations. Travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Hold a Degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience with Subsea Production Control Systems.
- Experience supporting subsea projects through tendering, design, or project execution.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; customer-facing.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead PCS engineering contributions for EPC tender opportunities.
- Develop competitive technical and commercial tender offerings.
- Review customer specifications and translate to compliant system solutions.
- Support design, integration, testing, FAT and customer acceptance during projects.
- Provide systems engineering leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
