Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years relevant experience or 12–14 years total experience.
• Experience on large EPC industrial or power projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft activities and supervise on-site teams to meet milestones.
• Plan workforce and coordinate area operational plans.
• Oversee tools, equipment, and field material requisitions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Interpret engineering documents and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
