Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar warehouse or courier role
• Ability to delegate, plan and organize work
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ)
• Ability to make independent decisions and act under pressure
• Strong communication and daily teamwork
• High level of personal culture and professionalism
• Willingness to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient loading/unloading of linehaul operations at the depot
• Ensure accurate and timely sorting of shipments for courier delivery routes
• Handle damaged parcels per procedures and safety guidelines
• Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency
