Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Legnica is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely execution of processes.

You will recruit and train workers, ensure compliance with procedures and health and safety regulations, maintain equipment, and support the team while collaborating with other departments. The role requires 2+ years in a similar warehouse or courier position, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or courier role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Fire Protection (BHP/PPOŻ) regulations.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to make independent and fast decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations and ensure timely execution of processes.
• Recruit and train warehouse workers.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Maintain correct operation and timely maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure employee safety and adherence to BHP/PPOŻ regulations.
• Support the team in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments daily.
